m2Advisor - install error (folder access - Windows security settings)

Upon installation of M2Advisor if you get the below message: "Cannot access the m2Advisor folder due to Windows security settings" please follow the instructions at Windows Security Settings on Windows Vista, 7+8+10 to resolve.  You will then be able to proceed with opening M2 Advisor.
